On 9 and 10 June 2026, the MyPath consortium gathered in Milan, Italy, for its 5th General Assembly. Hosted by the Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, the meeting brought together project partners to take stock of progress across the MyPath sites, exchange implementation experiences and prepare for the final year of the project.
A central focus of the meeting was the status of implementation across the participating sites. Partners shared updates on development, installation, implementation and research activities, reflecting on what has worked well and where challenges remain. Four sites are now live, with several more expected to follow in the coming months. This marks an important step forward for the project as MyPath continues to move from development and preparation towards implementation in clinical practice.
Partners exchanged lessons learned on implementation processes, adoption, local readiness, technical integration and the practical conditions needed to support sustainable use. These insights were considered valuable not only for MyPath, but also for other innovation, ICT and implementation projects working to introduce digital solutions in complex healthcare settings.

The consortium also discussed how these shared learning points can be further disseminated and built upon. As the project enters its final year, partners will explore how experiences from the MyPath sites can inform communication, dissemination, publications and future knowledge exchange activities. This will help ensure that the project’s implementation insights reach relevant stakeholders beyond the consortium.
The second day focused on planning for the final project year and looking ahead to the future of the collaboration. Partners reviewed upcoming deliverables, reports, communication priorities and the next steps needed to support the continued implementation and evaluation of MyPath. The consortium also discussed how to build on the achievements and outputs developed so far, including opportunities for continued collaboration, further development and follow-up initiatives beyond the project period.
The General Assembly concluded with an action plan for the coming months. With the final project year ahead, the Milan meeting provided an important opportunity to align the consortium around shared priorities, strengthen collaboration across sites and support the continued implementation of MyPath.
