We are thrilled to announce that MyPath is now live at the Istituto de Investigación Sanitaria (INCLIVA) in Spain and the first patients have already been included! Patients have completed their PROMs assessments and clinicians are reviewing their responses ahead of outpatient visits, enabling more personalized, patient-centred care from the very first interaction.
Leading up to this milestone, our team has worked closely with the INCLIVA staff to ensure a smooth implementation. This preparation has included mapping existing clinical workflows, designing new workflows incorporating MyPath, piloting symptom tracking and digital mapping, developing a tailored implementation toolkit, conducting multiple testing rounds, configuring the solution locally and training both clinical champions and healthcare professionals who will use MyPath daily.
Going live at INCLIVA represents a key step in the broader project goal of advancing patient-centred care across Europe. We look forward to expanding MyPath to additional clinical centers and continuing to enhance the quality and efficiency of care.
